Armish Pal
Founder & Managing Partner
Founder of AP Legal. Armish (AP) is admitted to the bar in Fiji and has practiced law in Fiji since 2007. AP handles a broad spectrum of work in Fiji which are generally commercial oriented. He has managed complex commercial transactions. He assisted foreign investors in navigating through Fiji's regulatory framework. He also engaged in dispute resolution relating to corporate transactions. AP's scope of work includes developing multi-jurisdictional transactional and compliance related strategies. AP is an aspiring golfer working extremely hard to improve his handicap. You can find AP at the local golf club when he is not in the office.
Supreena Naidu
Partner & Head of Litigation and ADR
Supreena (SN) is a former member of the bench and a former prosecutor. She has had a long association with the firm and is the firms Head of Litigation and ADR. SN is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She was the lead counsel in Fiji's first case where Court proceedings were stayed and parties were referred to arbitration pursuant Fiji's International Arbitration Act. SN is methodical and operates in a strategic manner. It allows our office to achieve the desired results for our clients in litigation and arbitration matters. She is a great teacher and provides excellent guidance to our junior solicitors.
Ana Tuiketei
Consultant
Ana (AT) is a consultant with AP Legal. She is admitted as a legal practitioner in Fiji and Tonga. AT is a listed counsel for the International Criminal Court. AT is a member of the International Criminal Court Bar Association Defence Committee and Membership Committee. She is the only female Pacific Islander listed as an Arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration for Sport. She is listed as an Arbitrator with the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and South China International Arbitration Centre. AT is a panel member of the Sports Resolution International (UK) and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority FINRA (New York). AT received the Medal of Order of Fiji, the highest medal from the President of Fiji for her national contribution. She is heavily involved in promoting human rights, good governance and women's empowerment.
Zaina Dean
Solicitor
Zaina (ZD) is a member of the firms commercial and property team. She is admitted to the bar in Fiji. She practices predominately in the property, real estate, and conveyancing fields. She also handles tax and regulatory affairs. Our clients regard her highly for her prompt service delivery and pleasant personality. ZD applies her legal finesse in her culinary hobbies. The team looks forward to the holiday season to enjoy Zaina's handmade pastries.
Shania Kumar
Solicitor
Shania (SK) is the newest member of the AP Legal's litigation and ADR team. She is admitted to the bar in Fiji. Her areas of practice includes litigation practice in the High Court, Magistrates Court, Tribunals and mediation. SK is honing her skills in civil litigation, family practice, employment law, probate practice and arbitration. SK is a keen reader preferring physical books over e-books. She provides our office with a healthy dose of trivia when she is not busy with managing her litigation work.

Neha (NS) is our office manager and is difference between organisation and chaos. She has been a part of the firms administration for the past 10 years. NS provides invaluable support to our professional staff making life a little easier for everyone. NS is an excellent administrator with great people skills. She has played a key role maintaining an efficient office.
